How are experts verified on RyTask?

Every expert goes through a manual review covering their portfolio, work history, and technical skills. We verify credentials and conduct a structured vetting process before approving any expert profile.

What types of tech projects can I post?

You can post any legitimate tech project: web development, DevOps setup, security audits, AI/ML work, data pipelines, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and more. Describe your scope and budget and receive proposals from matched experts.

How does billing and payment work?

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Funds are held in escrow and released to the expert once you confirm the work is delivered. You are never charged before agreeing on scope.

Can I hire an expert for ongoing retainer work?

Yes. After your first project, you can arrange a retainer engagement directly through RyTask. Retainer agreements include a fixed monthly scope, dedicated availability, and simplified monthly billing.

What if I am not satisfied with the work delivered?

We have a structured dispute resolution process. If a delivered project doesn't meet the agreed scope, you can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the brief, deliverables, and communications to reach a fair resolution. Escrow funds are not released until the dispute is resolved.

How do I become a verified expert on RyTask?

Register as an Expert, complete your profile, and submit it for review. Our team manually evaluates your portfolio, tech stack, work history, and communication quality. Approval typically takes 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.
