How RyTask works for everyone on the platform.

RyTask is a tech expert marketplace connecting clients with vetted developers, engineers, and consultants. By using RyTask, you agree to engage with the platform in good faith — as a client seeking quality tech work, or as an expert committed to delivering on scope.

All platform activity is subject to these terms. RyTask reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform.

Platform integrity & quality

RyTask is a vetted marketplace, not an anonymous gig platform.

Experts on RyTask are reviewed before being approved. Profiles must reflect genuine skills, real experience, and accurate credentials. Misrepresentation of expertise will result in removal.

The following types of work are prohibited on RyTask: malware development, offensive hacking without authorisation, any work designed to harm, defraud, or exploit others. Experts who accept such briefs will be permanently removed.

Acceptable use

Keep all project briefs constructive and lawful.

All project briefs, deliverables, and communications must relate to legitimate tech work. Acceptable examples include: web development, DevOps setup, security auditing with authorisation, data engineering, AI/ML model building, UI/UX design, and tech consulting.

Harassment, misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent platform policies are grounds for immediate removal.

Dispute resolution

Fair resolution for clients and experts.

If a delivered project does not meet the agreed scope, either party may raise a dispute through RyTask support. Our team will review the original brief, communication history, and deliverables to mediate a fair outcome. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days.

IP ownership

Work delivered belongs to the client.

Upon full payment, intellectual property for work delivered through RyTask transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties before the project begins. Experts retain the right to reference completed work in their portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

We handle your data with care.

RyTask collects information necessary to operate the platform — including account details, project history, and payment records. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used only to deliver and improve our services.
