Refund Policy

Transparent, fair refund guidelines.

RyTask is committed to a straightforward payment experience. This policy applies to all purchases made on the platform, including project payments and the Developer Toolkit.

Digital products

Developer Toolkit

The Developer Toolkit is a one-time digital purchase delivered immediately after checkout. Because the files are available for download right away, we do not offer refunds on toolkit purchases once payment is confirmed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your downloads, contact support@rytask.com within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

Project payments

Project credits and engagements

Payments for project engagements are held securely until work is confirmed as delivered. Refund eligibility is as follows:

Cancellation before work begins

A full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed start date. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% late-cancellation fee.

Work not delivered

If an expert fails to deliver confirmed work without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary credit toward a future engagement.

Partial or unsatisfactory delivery

If work was partially completed, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion. Please submit a dispute within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date with a brief description of the issue.

Completed projects

Refunds are not available for projects that were delivered as agreed. We encourage clients to review expert profiles and communicate scope clearly before hiring.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or raise a payment dispute, email support@rytask.com with your order reference, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or project details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
